PRIORITY PASS

| What is it? Your free admission formular gives you a free of charge access to all the lectures halls. Nevertheless, we remermber you that we have a limited number of places (according the room, between 880 seats and only 50 places for the smallest). So that, we decided to reply, for those that want absolutely to assure itself with a place, to propose : an accesses Priority Pass by day (to specify ) and by person, valid for all the spaces of lectures, to the cost of: 10 Euros a day. How that works? The Access Priority Pass allows you, to profit all day along and before each ones of the workshops , with a priority entry before the line of the public, exactly 5 to 10 minutes before the general open, so that to assure you thus for a place. We remember you in fact , that for security reasons, all the rooms will be emptied after every lecture. So that the persons having access to a PASS, will be able therefore to present itself 10 minutes before the general open to the lectures and to avoid thus to follow the waiting Public line , giving them the possibility to choose easily their places for them before everyone. For example: For such workshop that will begin to 14:00 (speaker ), the public open will be done to 13:50, and those that will have an Access Prirory Pass , will be able to go into the hall and to take places in the conference room as early as 13:35. At 13:50, the open will be general for everyone and there will be no longer any priority access for this meeting. Warning, the principle of our events being the open in free to the general public, the number of these Pass is limited to 350 a day (About a little more of a third of the total capacity of the Theater P. Cardin : 880 places). There will always remain 550 places at the disposal of the other visitors. To benefit from a Pass: You must send a 10 €uros check, with your name and with all your complete coordinates, adress and specifying the day to which retrieves itself your Pass. If you wish to benefit from a Pass for the two days, you must specify it too, while sending a check of the amount corresponding (2 x's 10 Euros) made out to the attention d' IAT And addressed to: Agency IAT - 54, rue Santos-Dumont 75015 Paris (accesses Pass). WARNING: The Pass will be to withdraw to the welcome of the Expo with our hostesses. All regulation must have succeeded in us the latest, 7 days before the opening of the Expo, in order to be able to validate your reservation. Beyond this date, according to the again available Steps, the regulation will be done directly on the Expo.
